Carbon fiber Facricator Near San Diego

Im looking for making some replicas of parts of mine but on carbon fiber. Does anybody know of a good quality carbon fiber fabricator in or near san diego california ? Let me know :)

while mike does make great parts... he usually doesnt do custom orders unless its a hood or a splitter.. Hell, i had to ask him for about five months to get him to put an s13 shifter surround into production. (of which i still need to purchase:keke:)

get a plug.... make a mold.... and make numerous parts...and sell them on zilvia... its been working out for a few....

I have 50MM Carbon Fiber Wide body fenders on my S13 hatchback..... Ive been asked COOOUUNTLESS of times where i got them and how much i got them for. haha. so i figured it wouldnt be a bad idea (since they SEEM to be in demand) to fabricate a few more myself and help out the needy as well as myself i nthe process :). im not the kind of guy to brag so dont take it the wrong way... but from what a few have told me i migh the only guy in socal with carbon fiber rear wide body fenders. Wich can be Either good or bad depending on how you look at it :P . So thats what i got in mind. Figuring out how much i can get some of these duplicated and see if i can get $ of them if the demand is high and i can make a few spare coins of them id gladly put them on zilvia for sale or a group buy. who knows

i have carbon s13 coupe rear wide fender and really want to sell it so bad cuz it's look weird for me. i would like to paint it at first but what's the point of having a carbon if the paint is all over it so yea i'm not a wide fender fan , i don't need them.....

haha what color is your car btw ? peeps have complimented that it goes with my cars color . then again. people have different taste ofcoarse. mine just lost that SHINE! so i just took them off yesterday afternoon for aprivate appointment with my "SPRAY GUN" lol itl be getting its GLOSS on ;) haha

If you go and take your idea to a shop, most likely they are going to take the idea from you and take the profit away from you. Just a thought. Try doing it yourself if you want to profit from it.

I have a really good friend out here in AZ that would love to make some molds of your fenders and would more than likely offer you some free parts in exchange for providing the over fenders to cast the mold. He makes some bad ass custom parts and does top notch quality work.

Hm interesting... does he work carbon fiber or what kind of parts does he work ? fiberglass only ? theres more than enough fiberglass fenders out there. i want to get the carbon fibers ones in the market more. more flaxible look pretty good too :)

lol Noooo clue :P im in the process of waiting for a reply from a fabricator see what he says. if worse comes to worse theyl give me a quota of how many is the minimal pieces they make. i doubt theyl waste $ on making a mould for just 1 customer haha :P FK!!!! ... i suppose ima have to make a group buy once i get a quote.

BUZZ!!!! wrong haha. 200sx SER(black) and my cousins 93 sentra SER ( white) lol . im sure you couldnt see the redtop sr20det and the sr20VE that were on the other side of the wood under the blue cover haha well on the bad news is the fab that i sent an inquiry responded and its a NEGATIVE.... rats... il keep looking to see if anybody else "localy" can get my job done without having to ship things out. feel like id save myself and anybody i sell some replicas to some $ :)

sorry but i don't understand the point of carbon fiber overfenders, fiberglass over fenders don't weigh that much and if your really gay like most of the people with cf, you'll leave it unpainted which looks like shit.

To each their own right ? i have spacers on mine and soon to put some 17's super advan V2's on with the 5 lug conversion ofcoarse. so im pretty damn sure my tires would hit the stock fender on a bump or something.taking in consideration how low its going to be. so cutting up the stock fender to make space and putting up my wide body fender wouldnt be entirely be a waste. :/ besides. i think different is good. ive gotten nothing but compliments thus far haha so im not complaining.

I got a friend that makes pretty much anything in Carbon Fiber or Kevlar. He usually makes things for the Honda scene, but he's been wanting to make things for the 240 people.

So im letting him use my s13 to mold up some parts into Carbon/kevlar.
If you want a certain part made into CF or Kevlar. Let me know and i'll ask him.

Yup yup ask him how much would he charge to make me some fenders like mine ? question... im not too familiar with the whole KEVLAR material. i have a kavlar double reinforced clutch on my car but parts made out of that material ? never head of, are they harder? flexible? :/
