hazard button no illumination

hey guys, ever since i picked up my S13 this little problem has been bugging me, when i turn on my headlights, the gauge cluster, and heatercontrols illuminate, but the headlight retractor button, hazard button, rear defrost, dimmer switch, and finally cruise control buttons do not. Also the dimmer switch doesnt seem to work. i tried switching them out with switches i got at a junkyard and still nothing, i even read somewhere that it could be the Time Control unit, so i switched that aswell, but still no luck. anyone have any ideas as to whats going on? 90% of s13's buttons dont light up
luckily my climate control does..but i think all you need to do is change the bulbs on wire in some LEDs
theres a couple write up online telling u how to do it

The light bulb inside the switches die. You need to replace the bulb.
