besides welding the internal WG flap shut is there any other modifications needed to make this turbo top mount. i know it is t2 flange and i will need a t3 adapter. thanks

Buy the Tial Exhaust housing and throw a tial flange on whatever manifold you buy.

what is the reason for you going topmount?

that just seems like a small turbo for a topmount setup

you could always keep the internal wastegate and just get a 5 bolt flange and have a DP made custom, chances are your gonna need a custom one any way

^^ What he said. Keep the internal gate. Buy the t28 outlet flange and get a good fabricator to create your turbo downpipe. While I don't really see any major benefit on making it a top mount other than showing off the turbo. It will be nice to be a little different than everybody else. GL!
