Flasher Relay

[93s13]

Im posting this because i have tried to locate my relay to replace the non-functioning relay and according to the factory service manual it is underneath the dash and i have tried to locate it but still cant find it. can anyone help me locating this flasher relay for a 93 s13 and im not talking bout the fuse either.
