Spare tire clear Z brake?

Can spare clear the Z brake? Friend of mine was wondering if this could fit becasue he just got a flat tire so going to run the spare 17". He not sure if going to fit on it.

Nope, don't believe so. I dunno, cause apparently 'teardrop' (S13 non-SE) wheels do. Probably off by 5mm or so, like SE wheels.

What spare is 17"? You don't mean a Z33 spare, do you?

The OE S14 spare clears Z brakes.

Why? The S14 comes with Z brakes overseas.

Same theory applies to all spare tires.

There are a few places online that sell z32 spares. Solved the problem for me.

i was gonna try to buy a z32 or z33 spare.... that makes sense doesnt it.

i think 3rd rx7 might fit as well. I'll test fit it when I get a chance. They look every similar to the z32 ones.
