egr is gone already,
basically everything in red im gona eliminate. is that safe and will the car run ok? im just trying to eliminate all boost leak factors.
also the lines below the throttle body can those go? and be pluged?
i know one of them has air venting back into them form my cold pipe, and makes the idle work so much nicer, but when i trace the line it just goes to the egr selonid. so can i remove that?
thanks

yea you can remove everything except for the iacv. there are 2 coolant lines on the throttle body that yo ucan just not use. then route the heater core line straight from the nipple coming perpendicular to the upper rad hose. the 4 nipples under the runners that connect to the long tube, i kept that cause it goes to the pcv valve. and every i believe (iirc) that you have 2 nipples left over on the manifold. one for the brake booster and the other that went to all the crap, i just use that for the boost gauge.
in short, everything you circled can be eliminated, just make sure you remember to plug whats not being used. cause it'll suck trying to find a vacuum leak after everything is hooked up

thanks for the replies,
i dont what to get rid of the iacv, i use the car as a daily and i want to keep it streetable.
but the only other line that bother me is the lines in the front of the throttle body? what are they? and the little egrc selonide in the rare of the intake manifold. the only reason that this concerns me is because it made my car idle great no stalling once i connected the feed form my cold pipe to it...
also the map sensor is strictly for emmission use only correct? so it would not affect the way the vehicle runs?

the lines in front of the throttle body? are you talking about the collection of hard tubing? if so, when you take that out, you'll see that theyre all held on by a couple 10mm bolts and stem their source from a couple nipples on the plenum so that can be taken away.
for the egrc valve, once you take the octopus hard pipe off, sadly enough that comes out too.
also yes the map sensor is just for emissions purposes and wont make your car run like crap. thats why we have a mafs =D.
While youre in there, you might as well take the butterflies off too. iirc its 2 phillips heads for each runner and a phillips closer to the throttle body underneath one of the runners that hold the rod in, once thats off it should slide off. and just tap the hole where the rod came out from and put a bolt in it.

thanks ,
yea the hard lines in the front of the throttle body were the lines i was wondering about. so they can go, also they lead to the egrc valve, thats goning to go as well.
no what to do about the line comming form the tank for the evap? just let it hang there?
also i taught the s14 manifolds didnt have butterflies i looks but i didnt see any.

All you need on the intake plenum is the IACV, the IAA, and the hardline going to them both. Everything else can go. Everything.
Leave the fuel tank vent line open but remove it all the way to the firewall, there's a section of hoses that ties the lines together.
And research, we've been over this before.
Oh, and there's no SCVs on mid93-98 intakes, that's an early S13 item only.
