here is my setup to give you an idea.
s14 with s14 sr, koyo copper rad, and s14 sr shroud.
when i try to put the sr shroud in it wont clear the dryer(the cylindrical part between the battery tray and shroud.
have any of you run into this?
if so, how did you resolve this?
thanks in advance.
also, is there a difference between the clutch fan on ka and sr?
thanks!

Cut the shroud. Just trim around it. That's what I did. And I can't remember on the fans... sorry.

Yea I did the same thing. Just put your shroud down into position and mark where the drier is touching. And then just cut a hole where it goes.
And no a ka clutch fan will not fit the sr20.

you dont need to trim. you can just push the unit to the side (will need some massaging of the lines on your end) but it is possible.

Electric fans hit it too if you have a radiator that is thicker than stock. I just re-drilled the hole on the mounting bracket for the drier to mount it further back and massaged the lines a bit to allow it to move back. No big deal really.
