Is it EL lighting, or just regular 194 bulb lighting from the cluster?

No I can't because I don't wanna go thru the hassle.As for thr lights idk this thing was in the car when I bought it.Backface glows orange and numbers and needle remain white.Alot of you want this but if you can beat $80.Then Pm me.
