I'm just curious about everyone's opinion on the prostock manifold. I know that I've read a few members have had it... Just wondering how it compares up to other manifolds. Spool slower?? I assume it's a tank and wouldn't have to worry about this thing cracking at all.

well its def the best manifold you can get for the price. Full Race could even charge more, and i'd still say it was worth it.
Because of its equal length design, spool up would be a small amount slower, but the top end flow characteristics make up for it.
Cracking just wont happen. I've talked to Raicer a few times, he explained the conditions of the gases present during the welding process, and how they use a very dangerous mix - even doing it inside a blast chamer just in case - but through this method, they get the best weld possible.

Yeah, That's what I was curious about... Compared to the unequal of tomei... Tomei would have a little bit better low end and faster spool. The prostock have the lifetime warranty also correct?

i use a full-race manifold. i bought it about 3 years ago to replace my cracked hot shots manifold. the full-race mani is very stout. i think it was 16 or 18 lbs. i have not had any problems with it at all and the performance its great. i don't know how much of a hp gain the full-race manifold gave over the hot shots, but when i switched to the full-race manifold and upgraded my stock cams to hks step 1 (264/264) and had a retune done i went from 329whp/304wtq to 404whp/348wtq. not the best comparison due to the original tune was done at secret services back in 04 and the new tune was done at xat racing in 07. the link in my sig has the dyno charts.
