Thats right. I have a new shop location. I decided to do this again, but on a smaller scale. I will personally be building each car, one at a time. No other employees to worry about.

Can you quote me on a cage for a s13 hatch, full interior (including rear seats) and sunroof.

It would be difficult and impractical to build a full cage in a s13 that retains full interior. Unless you are looking for just a show style cage.

Thanks bud.

I actually dont do any body repair. I can suggest a decent place if you want.

To stitch weld an engine bay the price is depicted by the amount of prep work. We would need to grind all the seam sealer away, and remove all the paint before welding. I would suggest removing the fenders and seam welding that area in addition to making custom fender braces for both sides.

We would be looking at about 6 hours worth of time. About $50 in material, and the sponsorship shop rate of $85 an hour instead of $100.

Let me know. That is something we could do right away.

The quality of Luke's work is so high, I would pay him to build me a car, with no input from me. I would just give him money and tell him to build me a complete car, from the ground up. No matter if it was FR, FF, MR, AWD or whatever. It could be a full tube chassis, a classic Resto-Mod, some futuristic hover car thing, or something completely unimaginable by me. I have total confidence that Luke would build something completely kick-ass.

Unfortunately, I don't have any money, and this ass kissing will only get me so far. :keke:

Keep up the good work Luke! :rawk: :rawk: :rawk:

Congrats on the new shop. Never been anything but impressed by your work.

When I finally get to the point where I'm ready to cage my Z, or want any other fab work I can't handle myself... You will have a PM. It's worth the shipping.

I'll stop e-ass kissing now. :keke:

Manji: A symbol used in Buddhist art and scripture is known as a manji (whirlwind), and represents Dharma, universal harmony, and the balance of opposites.

I hear it is also a great name for a cat.

Andrew Bohan
05-27-2008, 01:36 PM
the drift term "manji" is so named because of similarity in shape to two arms of a manji

SimpleSexy180
05-27-2008, 01:37 PM
drift manji? XD

blu808
05-27-2008, 03:22 PM
I used it in the drift term reference.

My cats name is also Manji.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

trsilvias13: That wouldn't be a problem. Let me know what you want. ex. 25.5

RedEvilRPS13: Manji means to drift side to side down a straightaway.
Here is an example of me doing some Manji action at buttonwillow.

Dook: Lets build something for you then.
