Ok, well I got the engine running and all that good stuff. But for some UNKNOWN reason that tranny fork is stuck. So I have taken out the tranny and put a new fork on it and still the same thing. I got a New bearing .,. the Pressure Plate and Clutch are Brand new from RB-Performance (there new RB20 Clutch Kit) .. I put it all back together and still the same thing. the Clutch Fork is all the way forward and WILL NOT MOVE!!! :duh: .. I cant even put on the Slave Cylinder to see if I can build up pressure to move it, I have try'd having a friend pull on it to move it so I can put the Slave Cylinder on it but it only moves less then 1/4 Inch. I am getting really frustrated and this is pissing me off, I got a good sounding engine that I can't drive. ANY HELP would be AWESOME! Someone coming to my Place would be 100% better for a helping hand.. :wavey: .. I am getting tired of pulling this Tranny!

Thats what I am talking about.. Just incase you are a Visual Person!

Also on the Side of My tranny is stamped "RP71C" now is that a RB20DET tranny? I have been told it could be a RB30 Tranny.. Can some please verify this..

Was the release bearing pressed all the way in? A couple millimeters might be all you need!
That pressure plate is thick... is the flywheel supposed to be stepped? IDK just asking!

I checked the Throw out bearing it was not all the way seated. So I seated it.. Now I got the Slave Cylinder on. Now I bleed the Master Cylinder and the Slave Cylinder. But It isnt hold all the pressure built up. like if i left it go for like 30 seconds it will still move the slave Cylinder about a 1/4 inch.. but if i pump it twice it will go back 1/2 .. Now I rebuilt the Slave Cylinder.. could the Master Cylinder be Bad? If so, is there a way to test that?

Yeah! the master could be bad, leaking is usually the sign. Look for leaks in cabin around master and slave, also check the lines. If theres no signs of leaking and the level stays the same, I'd keep bleeding. Last resort replace both. Oh, if you still have the damper installed? Bleed that first...

No Signs of Leaking inside the cabin area under the Clutch pedal or around it.. and Yeah the levels stay the same.. Now whats this Damper?

fyi i can't move the for on my 25 with my hands, and it took forever to bleed the system out, but it works fine with everything installed. ( it took about 20 min with two people bleeding to get out enough air for it to work good)
