It's not low balling, it's called reason. It's a dash, and average market price is around 100-120, only HUD dashes which are a little rarer go for 130ish and that IS pushing it. the text, the use of the word "rare" is just to appeal to impulse buying and psych a buyer up for something quite ordinary, though it looks well taken care of.
