j30 brake pads same as q45?

Im looking to get a more variety of choices of brake pads for my q45 brakes but im just wondering if the j30 brake pads will fit the q45s. thanks

94-96 Q45 front brake pads are the same as 92-97 J30s.

The rears are the same for all of them.
