gt2871r install

I am about to install a gt2871r onto my s13 blacktop with stock exhaust manifold. I'm looking for any knowledge or parts i may need before installing to make it less of a headache. Anyone recommend a oil line and/or water line kit? What kind of hotpipe and intake did ya'll use? (z32 MAF btw). Any special couplers needed?

You for sure need oil and coolant lines. My friend used one of those universal intake kits from autozone (the accordion style ones) to connect the air filter.

As far as hot pipe, he got it custom made. I have seen some sold specifically for the 2871r, i just donno exactly where.

Water and turbo lines...Go get circuit sports. Then you still need to get a GT drain kit cuz the stock T28 wont line up (you can rig it to work but if you fuck it up and not line it up properly, you could potentially blow your turbo). For intake, go hit up pipingpro.com. Aure is one of the few people that makes the intake piping setup, or you can opt to make something yourself. For the hotpipe, get a 2.5" 90 silicon elbow and you should be good to go. The thicker it is, the better off you will be...
