Have You Put A Wideband O2 On It, What Are Your Afrs? When Was The Last Time You Tuned It Up? Maybe Pull The Codes From The Ecu And See What It Has To Say... Or You Could Have A Boost Leak? More Infos Needed.
Edit: I was trying to type my response in all caps but it changes them to only first letter capitalized.. weird.

you smoking alot? main reasons for loss of power are poor compression, too rich, too lean, timing is wayyy of, horrible spark...
any of thise sound like a possibility?

yeh check for a boost leak... that will make your car run RICH

or possibly got a boost leak

Every motor deserves a basic tune up.. Change all your fluids, spark plugs, reset idle speed, reset timing, inspect O2 sensor, pull codes from the ECU, check for boost leaks.. At some point take it to a dyno and measure your AFRs so you can get it chipped..

dang ramon u still dont know, i thought u knew better. you pull them from ur ecu. and you calculate the code number by the blinks on the light.
like
1....1,1 thats code 12
1....1....1....1.11 thats code 34
its up too u too look what they mean.

search for things like "ecu fault codes" and "ecu diagnostic codes".
tons of info.
but uhhh, definitely CHECK your timing first, then adjust it if you have to.
oh yeah, umm, how much boost are you running?
is this an S13 blacktop or an S14 blacktop? the S14 blacktop comes stock with a T28 so it's tuned properly. if you have an S13 SR mind you to keep it at low boost.
do you even have a boost gauge?
driftn_silvia

do you even have a boost gauge?
i dont think he does. and its a s13 blktop with a s15 bb. and its at stock psi.

dude theres so much shit that could be wrong. if you need to ask, you're not ready, no offense. theres a laundry list of shit... take it to a shop.
my car started gradually back firing months after I had it tuned.. ran rich as fuck, idled bad sometimes, killed my gas mileage. turns out the ECU's coolant temp sensor went bad..
theres no way to check this kinda shit..all you will get in response is the same shit you hear in EVERY post related to ANYTHING. like.. "my car wont shift. CHECK YOUR AFR man!!" lame. See if anyone experienced can help you out, otherwise you'll be chasing your own tail.

if he was willing to take it to a shop, he probably already would have. he appears to want to learn how to do it himself, so we are giving him advice on what the problem could be. that's pretty much why this forum is here isn't it?
the things we're telling him aren't hard at all. check the basics.

ok going back to the ecu fault codes, i checked mine last night and it blinked 5 slow ones and 5 fast ones, not really sure what this means, kinda confused.
self destruct mode?

that's code 55

now go buy an $800 consult and your problem will be solved!!!
bahaha, jk...
that's kind of a good thing, it means no sensor is at fault really. it's time to just bust out your troubleshooting skills and see what you're really made of.
