I am building a budget s13 and have sportmax 962 wheels 17x7F 17x9R +35 offset all around and was wondering if the tanabe s-oc coilovers will clear. What coilovers in the $900 price range will clear these wheels?

ur goin to need spacers in the front. wat size tries you using?

They will clear without spacers. If you had 17x9 all around, the front wouldn't clear, but yours are 7" wide, so you are fine. The rears are not an issue.
