DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM kouki_silvia . i purchased a s14 hood, fenders and cornerlights for $700 dollars shipped. he called and told me he received the money through paypal and would ship out the next day.well he never shipped anything or called he is not answering my phone calls or responding to my pm's it's been over two weeks with no response to anything...i'd just like to let other honest zilvia members out there no what kind of person kouki_silvia is so buy at your own risk .i'd like for him to respond to this add so we could get to the bottom of this . maybe like me getting my $700 dollars back so i could go buy from a honest person and get my s14 back together.thanks for reading bryan... hey kouki_silvia "joe" is your phone number still 626-919-0642

have you guys ever even tried this? sorry to tell you, but paypal doesnt get your money back unless the transaction was on ebay. i got ripped off on here by a betch with the SN jkeisser or something like that, about 250 for a wideband reader... i filed a claim in paypal, there was a whole dispute or whatever over a week or 2. finally they made a decision in my favor, and DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK. what good is a dispute or anything if they cant do anything about it. paypal is :bs:


for now on i dont buy anything from forums unless i get full name adress phone number email... even then you can still get ripped easily

A while back I got scammed out of $300 I was supposedly paying for a Z31 EGR and fender. I paid through PayPal, but when the products never arrived / seller would not answer calls I called the credit card company, NOT PAYPAL. I instantly was credited the money back and never had to deal with any of paypal's bullshit. CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FIRST.

^good advice. thats the best way to handle a scammed transaction through paypal no doubt! although it can still be hit or miss. whatever credit card we used when i got scammed, they werent able to help me out, but ive heard many cases where people were succesfull with this

hm..i have personally dealt with this this guy and hes a cool guy. i bought his s13 coupe a few months back, for $2500. i told him i was a serious buyer and would fly from SF to LA to pick it up if he'd hold it for me and he did. everything worked out good and i cant be happier. hopefully u get everything worked with him

well, like i said b4 i was scammed on ebay so i did get my money back. But i did not it was exclusively for ebay transactions only.
