im not sure exactly where they are in cali...i think most of em are in so-cal

ive got the list at home...but so-cal is ALOT bigger than vegas...so they may be a bit more sparse there than here (i think they have like 15-20 robertos taco shops in so-cal)

Man I fucking love mexican food, it's probably my favorite genre. =]

I've been to a couple different Robertos here in Vegas. Honestly I wasn't overly impressed, it was way too greasy and not as tasty as I hoped. At least the one on Craig I went to a few times... Overally I would only rank it as mediocre. Maybe I'm spoiled coming from San Fernando Valley, tons of awesome taco/burrito joints there..

I have been to the Viva El Taco on Hollywood and Lake Mead a bunch of times, that place was pretty good, but only marginally better than Robertos. Are they owned by the same people??

Mi Familia by my new house up north is pretty decent. The carnita tortas are pretty good. But they don't have flautas which sorta annoys me.

By far IMO the best taco/burrito/mexican restaurant out here is Tony's on Craig. Been going there a few times each month for the last 3 years, always get the chicken flautas or the quesadilla with some extra cilantro. Shit's bomb! They have the best salsa and chips while waiting for your order which always comes out super quick.

Used to go to Zabas alot too when I lived close to one.. Which I think is a little better than the Chipoltes for some reason. But then again I don't really consider those burrito/taco shops, they almost fall into the del taco/taco bell category.

What about Donna Maria's, I hear that place is bomb but haven't checked it out yet.
