How about having a recent posts box on the main page... I really like that cause it shows you if someones replied to your posts and lets u know what forums are most active and shows you the new ones... Maybe you already have that but i cant find it, so on the main page would be good &nbsp;<img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

On the main forums page, there is a box at the right on the forum name. &nbsp;It says the last post replied to, and who replied. &nbsp;Also, in the profile section, you can have replies to your posts emailed to you.

I've seen a forum where they show the amount of replies that have been entered from the last time you saw a certain thread. It shows it next to the total amount of replies in the thread with a little '(#)' I think thats pretty cool.
