'92 240sx

[CA-mazing]

Well I bought this car at the begining of Jan. '08 from a dealer for $3000. Lost my lottery scholarship and now I have to pay my way thorough my last two years of college; so my project car will not happen. Car runs great; I have replaced the plugs, distributor, water-pump, and starter has just begun to act up. The starter will engage but won't crank. It started doing this about 3 weeks ago; starts up fine after it cranks over but so far its only happened about 5 times in the past 3 weeks. Since Jan. I have only put about 3300mi. for a total of 144000mi. and some change. With the the time I've had it, I have cleaned most of the engine bay. Polished the heat shield and tried to polish the intake (pics.). I took out the rear speakers (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=193222#) cuz they were blown, but I can put them back in at request. I have also taken the 240SX off of the trunk cuz the X had already been removed or fell off. Bad spots include: spot on the hood, couple hail spots, normal wear on driver seat, left of bumper was dented in when i bought it, and left rear quarter dent caused by dealer when he hit it, moving another car, the morning I was coming to pick up the car.....he knocked of the price 3300 to 3000 with no tax and painted over the quarter panel where he hit. Looking for $2800 OBO PLEASE BUY!! I NEED MONEY FOR COLLEGE!!
