Ok, so I've searched....I've even posted in a preexisting thread to try and get an answer, but so far don't have one.

I have a zenki S14 SR swap going into my 97 S14. It came with both fully intact A/C lines on the SR. I had an extra KA A/C condenser so I tried to fit the compressor--->condenser line on it and it fit just fine. I took the compressor--->hose near firewall hose off the compressor and put it in my engine bay, it is the same length as the KA hose and appears to be the same size.

My question is am I going to have a problem just bolting my SR A/C lines into my KA system. Everyone seems to think so and says "the lines don't work" but I don't see how this is possible. I can find no concrete evidence...IE photos or measurements or anything telling me otherwise. Thanks to DuffMan I know what kind of coolant it uses, so that is cleared up and I know it'll be compatible that way.

If anyone knows the answer right off I'd appreciate it being cleared up. Otherwise since the guy who makes brackets doesn't have any right now - and I'm doing my swap this Fri/Sat I am just going to give it a whirl and take pictures to clear this whole thing up.

Thanks in advance.

i think what ppl mean is when they say it doesnt bolt up is, they are reffering the the hose that bolts to the compressor, cuz its rare you will get an uncut line off the compressor with an SR Engine.

if the lines threads together and match up then you should be good, just make sure you use the correct o-rings and seals for the freon you use

Cool, that is what I was assuming, apparently the S14 SR A/C compressor uses the same R134 or whatever it is called as the US KA so I should be good o-ring wise. Thanks for the input!

Well, according to my friend that did a S14 SR to S14 swap from a front clip (IE had the A/C lines), the screw in line located near the firewall is a different size on the KA rather then the SR. I will 100% confirm this with a photo this weekend. I trust what he says, so I am just going to not run A/C since there are no brackets available.

I am here to 100% confirm that the screw in A/C line near the fire wall is a different size between the SR and KA lines. No one out right said this on any post I could find so I figured I'd say it to clear up any questions anyone had.

To get my a/c hooked up with my s14sr, I simply combined the lines from my sr a/c compressor with the stock ones from the ka, making sure the check valve was included in the correct location (which wasn't near as easy as it sounds after all was done). The other way you can do it is to make a special bracket to bolt up the ka compressor to the sr engine.
