i just changed a clutch in a 93 s13. (SPEED ALLIANCE 4puck) install went well. i removed slave cylinder (cant mess that up), and reinstalled it. after reinstallation, the pedal has no pressure. the pivot(release) fork thing is properly installed and in contact with the throw-out bearing. nothing seems to be bad after brief inspection, and nothing broke and the clutch was bled/adjusted 3 weeks ago.

when the clutch pedal is depressed, the slave cylinder doesnt push enough on the fork think that goes inside the tranny.(sorry, dont know its name) i know it needs to be bled, but there's no pressure at all. i bled it properly, but the pedal had no pressure to begin with, so it doesnt work.

how do i fix?

if u bypass the little damper box u can bleed it alot better and faster
if not it takes forever and a day

i pumped it by hand. the problem is that the push rod from the slave cylinder doesnt push far enough.

thanks man, but im not lookin to bend hardlines. maybe as a last resort.

when I replaced my slave & master cylinder, there was no pedal pressure either, so I had to lift up the clutch pedal by hand and manually prime the lines because there was no hydraulic pressure to push the pedal back. Had to do this maybe 9-10 pumps before I built pressure.
I bypassed the damper box, but since you still have yours it might take longer & you'd have to bleed it on top of the slave (pita)

I was gonna say that... that if its still soft after you bleed the clutch,
then its a soft pressure plate and thats the actual pedal feel.
