1989 Nissan 240sx Hatchback located in Knoxville, TN

Engine:
· 1992 KA24DE with 100,xxx miles
· New water pump
· Revised intake manifold (deleted emissions, cleaned inside/out, repainted)
· All new vacuum lines
· New heater hoses
· New thermostat
· Replaced gaskets
· MAF
· Intake
· Exhaust
· Head
· Throttle body
· IACV
· Replaced seals:
· Front Main
· Rear Main
· Valve Cover
· Removed EGR and installed an EGR block off plate
· New timing chains, upper and lower
· New guides
· New tensioners
· New intermediate sprocket
· New NGK performance spark plug wires
· New NGK spark plugs
· New MAF
· New intake (short ram)

Transmission:
· From the same 1992 240sx hatchback I got the engine from
· New XTD Stage 3 clutch installed
· Flywheel resurfaced
· New throwout bearing
· Filled with Redline fluid
· New shifter boot seat
· New shifter plate seal
· Fresh transmission mounts

Interior:
· Swapped black interior
· Fresh, clean, UNCRACKED dashboard (Not installed)
· Removed stock sound deadening and put down Fatmat

Exterior:
· Stock Paint · Stock teardrop wheels (with tires)
· An extra set of Z-racing wheels
· Car originally had a rusted nerf wing (the stock ones). I removed it and replaced the hatch entirely with a black hatch with no holes.
· I had planned on changing the color to black, so the door jams are painted black, as well as the hatch jam.

Suspension and Stuff:
· New tie rods (inner and outer), for both passenger and driver side.
· New rack and pinion boot seals (both sides)
· Front strut tower bar. (No idea on brand)

Miscellaneous:
· New Battery
· Newer exhaust (Previous owner had it installed – basically just stock replacement, dual tip)
· Gutted catalytic converter.
· Sanded and cleanly polished valve cover.
· 5-spd ECU and uncut harness (from the same car as the engine and transmission)
· New chassis door lining seal/water seal.
· Car does not leak.
· Clean engine bay.
· DOHC gauge cluster.

THE BAD:
· Interior lights do not work. Everyone that I have talked to about this says it sounds like a loose ground. I haven't had time to track it down.
· Dent in the drivers side headlight cover
· The rain rails have been sanded and primered because the previous owner left them exposed.
· No radio
· No AC. But all the lines will be included.
· Exterior paint needs some TLC

Thats the list the previous owner provided me when I bought the car in January. The only thing that has changed is I installed a set sportline springs.
I'm also including my near complete turbo kit for the car and J30 VLSD.

Turbo Parts:
Stock SR T25 turbo with no shaft play
SR T25 Dump pipe
New Down pipe (unknown brand)
New Bottom mount T25 manifold (Ebay special)
370cc injectors installed in KA fuel rail
Blitz super sound BOV
Koyo radiator with 2 10" fans with thermostat switch
Tapped and powder coated oil pan (oil pan has a small ding in the front)
Large intercooler with piping (this kit came off a s13 with a RB so piping will need modification)
Misc gaskets for turbo, dump, and down pipe
N60 MAF
T25 billet oil return flange (10AN)
