Sorry mods if this isnt acceptable but just wanted some peoples advice. Who might know how to proceed with this known scammer.

For those that dont know this guy has scammed quite a few people on here and on different boards under several different screen names.

Preety much nothing can be done. Scamms and fraud/intentional misrepresentation, need to be plead with specificity in any lawsuit/legal action. Unless anyone can find the actual name, address, and proof of internet scammers, nothing can be done.

did you pay through paypal? Get paypal involved because they'll have a credit card number with name and everything. This is why you should not buy ANYTHING without seeing it first. There's just WAY too many scams out there.

To be honest you really can't do much because the effort to get your money back (via court) may not be worth it. how did you pay for the items?
