how much lower the shift knob sits compare to the oem height?
anyone has a picture?

I've got the V2 shifter on my car and I don't think the shifter really sits any lower than stock. It just makes the throws significantly shorter than stock and it's not all wobbly like a stock shifter either.

im pretty sure its same height as stock

It doesn't sit lower than the stock one, it only makes the throws shorter.

Hack the shifter and stick a hex screw type shift knob on it if you want a short stubby shifter....

Is it smooth shifting or really notchy?
