The guy said that it's a T28 turbo from an RB25 motor, freshly rebuilt. Do it fit bolton on a blacktop sr20det, if not, what do I need for a complet setup, and how many hp could I expect with this mod?

425? just get a t28 spec r turbo for a few hundred more. there's a few used ones on here for about 6 bills.

not a bolt on... get a sr t28.

Rb turbos arent T25's, they are T3's, not even close to bolt on.
