Ok I'm probably going to want to shoot myself later for posting this, but its more to verify my suspicions. Well here goes...

I have an S14 zenki, wrecked the front end, and now have a kouki front end. I had to do the wiring myself cuz the bodyshop didn't do their job right. It was simple cuz I'm an electrician so splicing two wires into each other isn't rocket science to me. Here's the issue though... now just to clarify this is what I'm being told by my brother who is taking care of my car while I am in iraq, but somehow my passenger side headlight is no longer working. The bulb is fine, works just fine on the driver side. Everything else works but that. Its been working just fine everyday since july, so this happening is kinda weird. I haven't had him use a multimeter on the connection but I'm curious is the plug for the light could go bad? They were brand new headlights when I got them in july, so I'm wondering what else it could be.

If it was a fuse both wouldn't work, same with relay. I thought it might be the switch, but they run on the same line so that wouldn't work. I thought at first my wiring was wrong, but thats impossible. Bulb I still think is a possibility, he's not the brightest when it comes to cars. He was told by someone it could be the projector, but that was before I told him its a regular bulb behind the projector. So any help would be appreciated. I know if i was back in vegas I could fix it easily, but seeing how I'm not I gotta do this. If any of you could tell me what it could be so a vehicular challenged person could fix it. I'd appreciate it.

And sorry for the insanely long post, too much to put in at once.

He told me it works fine in the driver side socket. And yeah I'd be pretty pissed off if he couldn't tell a bulb was blown. Aside from bulbs is there anything else anyone can think of?

so what changed did he do anything to cause the light to go out? did he disassemble your wiring? more than likely the ground plug inside the headlight might've gotten loose. either that or the wires you spliced are no longer making contact.

Ok its as I thought then, I was just gonna have a friend redo the wiring for that headlight. Thanks for your help.
