I was told on Fresh Alloy that 2003 Altima rotors work with R32 GTR calipers. Here is the measurement for the both of them

R32 GTR 296 x 30
Altima 296 x 25

I was told the IS300 calipers work with a 3mm spacer, but then I discovered that the hub diameter doesn't match. I believe the Nissans is 60mm while the Lexus is at 48 or so, so even though the rotor diameter and thickniss is almost right on, I don't think it will fit.

Right now I have on Z32 rotors and the pad is not fully swept, so when I change pads, I am going to change rotors too. Plus I was looking for somewhere I can do it on the cheap, and not have to special order them.

Only ones I have found are 2 piece from Australia, and they are neither cheap nor non-special order.

Good luck, I'll need some too.

Get the lexus ones, take them to a machine shop and have the center machined to 60mm with a tapered inside lip. They will charge you $40-60.

Nissan hub bore is 66.1mm, Toyota is like 64.6mm, very minimal difference. If they work you'll only need to machine a little off the center bore. No car on Earth has a hub bore as small as 48mm.

R32 GTR calipers are the smooth face Sumitumo... looks like a Z32 but clean design!!! Alot of people get Z32 and call it GTR.

GTR Calipers are 295 x 32

Nissan Part #s
Right Front - 40206-05U02
Left Front - 40206-05U03

They should be about $140ish each... not cheep but not as much as a Project Mu replacement.

Only dislike is they are 1pc and the hat will rust!

Would 25mm be too thin, because if not, the Altima rotors would be a perfect fit and would be easy to get, also,, only weighs 15lbs, not too bad? Yes, I know it's less metal and would be more prone to fade, but I don't think it would be by that much.

GTR rotors have reverse vanes in the center for added cooling. You will not find that on a Z32 rotor and most rotors from other cars. They are actually superior for that reason.
I have R32 GTR calipers with N1 rotors. I am going to be selling the setup soon as I am going Z33 Brembo's.
