EVERYONE!! Help me. Please!

Hey.  If you have cable, and are in Eastern or Central time zones... turn on Fox.  Watch either the Simpsons or Malcom in the Middle.  Tell me if there is a narrator for blind people, describing the show.

Also... if you have an RCA tv, and have had this happen before... please, let me know how to get it off.
So far I have had 3 shows "described" to me.  I'm pissed.

No narrorator for me, but I own a sony.  I know it's a little late, but I was watching them earlier.  I'm sure I would have recalled something like that.
