im trying to figure out where to get positive power from for the h3 bulbs and switch which has positive, load, ground, i was thinking the cigarette lighter but is there an easier way? thanx

This thread belongs in Tech.
First, since you're local, hop over to midatlantic240sx and give them a shot.
Second, the cig fuse and wiring is only designed for 15A. If you piggyback 2 H3 bulbs on top of that, you'll most likely blow a fuse or start a fire.
I would personally run a separate wire for each bulb. You can piggyback a small wire from any existing circuit - switch power, switch load - 2 relays. Each relay pulling power straight from the battery with 12 gauge wire and sending power from battery - 15A fuse - to each bulb.
