Yea you guys will probably think, "Why?"

Anyways i know its not the first thing us guys (mostly) will think of checking in terms of their health, but it is a good indicator of your health/stress status regardless if you are a mid 20's male in good health.

I just took mine yesterday at resting 2x and it was.......140/100:eek:

Yea that was 1 on each arm. Right now i am 5'8" and 190lbs. I think i am around 20% body fat so it is pretty average, plus i used to work out. My BP should be around 118/70 and lower if you are more fit

Currently my diet is beer, beer, and more beer. Being in nursing school really kills on the time i have to be active. The only physical thing i do is tennis 1x a week and alot and i mean alot of sex haha (this is probably the only thing keeping my weight in some sort of control)

Anyways after finding that out yesterday it was a RUDE awakening i can't keep this shit up. i gotta get out!! So if you guys get the chance definately check your BP especially if you are a beer guzzler hahah.

Peace and health

I took a physical a few weeks ago and the doctor's assistant said everything was "perfect."

I play baseball and basketball a few times a week and work out 4-5 days a week on top of what you do, so I guess I'm good?

I'm 6'0" and 155lbs. My body fat was 7% on one of those really fancy scales.

I had over 2000 calories at BK two days ago. A #3 (triple Whopper, medium fries, medium Coke) and a Hershey's pie. Yes, I'm a fat ass.

Being overweight is like the American way though. It's just way too easy to drive 5 minutes and pick up an unhealthy, full, fast-food meal.

I'm 5'9 @ 170 with 13% bodyfat last year.
Went for a checkup and turned out to be 145/ something.. i think it was around 100 too. I was pretty tripped out. I went back a few times and same thing. Dr. almost prescribed medication but i told him to wait a while so he gave me two months to improve my condition.. I ate healty food and it turned out to be normal again. I heard it was common for 18- early 20's.

Lol, what? HR 45 is reealllly low, as is 70/50.

I've seen docs get pretty worried about BP that low.

some peeps actually have low blood pressure. i have been in the medical field for over 8 years. B/P is only like window to the rest of your health. it's the check engine light if you will.

Mines always been slightly higher then normal. It's pretty rock solid though no matter what shape I'm in. It's never worried me.

i was at the doc last week it was 132/84 or something there abouts.. doc diddnt seem to be alarmed. usually I'm around 120/80. Hypertension runs in my family though, and I'm a wound up person so I'm sure it will eventually blow up.

Started my monday off with a big bowl of cheerios hahah. The stuff is good for removing cholesterol in your arteries which is another cause of high BP
