hey ! i just bought a 1996 240 and was wondering if anyone could give me opinions on which coilovers would be best. im in the price range of anywhere from $800 to $1500. thanks :naughty:

I've driven through poughkeepsie a lot. (heavy throttle's old headquarters, now built performance [its on parker ave.])

The roads suck there. (as with 80% of NY roads..) So i'd suggest something a little more aimed on the street, rather than full on racing.

i would say stance or KW but there are so many and its really up to what you are looking for track/DD and there is also a coilover thread...so search

No matter which ones you get find a good alignment shop that can corner balance your car or your just wasting your money

Konis + coilover sleeves will outhandle 99% of coilover setups, and will probably come out cheaper.
