well i have lots of boost leaks comming form various vac. hoses my my intake manifold.

my car is a ka-t, i removed the egr, and other emission stuff form the obd2, and sealed them with screws, but they still leak.

any one know of a good way to seal off these leaks comming form the vac. lines?

i also tried the vac. caps, they just pop out when i hit boost.

You could zip tie all of your vacuum hoses so they don't blow off during boost. It helps. Also, really cheap vacuum caps get brittle and crack: another boost leak problem. Look for good quality ones.

i have never heard of a vacuum cap plus zip tie falling off. couple things that must be covered (just the basics)....

1.did you clean the nipple with alcohol before the vacuum cap?
2.is your vacuum cap the right size?
3.replace vacuum line with silicone lines, zip tie can grip it better then old hard rubber.

and yes screw is NOT the way to cap off a vacuum line LOL
