The other night it was raining out, so im in the car sitting in the
driveway, getting ready to head out.

I turn the lights on and the Dash seems alittle bit dim( not a lot dim by any mean), then turn the wipers on and they seem to be moving slow, even on the fast setting. The windows were a little fogged up. I turn on the cold air (no AC).

As i start to drive down the road, i notice that, the dash lights, got brighter, the wipers started to move faster lke they should, and the air started coming out of the blower with move force.

What going on with this? The thing is, it only does it once i start the car, then when i start moving it goes away, and stays that way, until i turn the car on again after i get out of work.

Battery was just changed with a Westco mini battery. So i dont think it could be the battery, and if it was the Alt, wouldnt it just shutoff?

Alternator isn't engaging properly till you start driving down the road.
There will always be some difference between idle power output vs driving but it's usually just a minor change in the head light brightness.
You shouldn't be seeing that big of a change in wipers/blower etc.

So i'd say your alternators probably on the way out.
