HKS T04S Rebuild Questions

I got ahold of an HKS T04S, got shaft play on it needs a rebuild. Question is where can I get a rebuild kit for it? Is there a specific kit that works for a T04S? I keep finding kits for T3/T4, not sure if those will work. Not sure what thrust bearing it has since i havent broken it down yet.

Also, if i decide to go with a new ball bearing CHRA, how can you figure out which CHRA the old housings will bolt up to? Im looking at ATPTurbo's site and they have 5 different CHRA. Im assuming its one of the 60 trim CHRAs, just not sure which one it could possibly be.
