will these fit s14?

hey all. i have a s14 with 18x9.5 +12 but im selling the car without wheels. will 18x8.5 with +40 offset fit on a s14? my guess is that its going to rub on the coilovers

car has tein HAs and fender roll all around. any help or feedback will be greatly appreciated.

stock z32TT rub front and they';re +35 8.5 i think
