Putting just ruca will only allow you to adjust camber but everytime you adjust the camber, the toe changes too so most people always change those arms together to get a better alignment.

i see, i basically want to run more +camber in the rear to perfect the wheel fitment/tire-wear. Do i also need the adjustable toe arms to fix the toe or will the aligment shop be able to adjust it enough with out them?

it depends on your height.

personally i cant correct camber to any more than -4.5 degrees without getting toe links to compensate.

so just get it up on a rack and max out the toe outwards and see how much you can correct camber.
