I'm selling my 99 R1. It's blue, 12K miles, never crashed or dropped. It's one of the nicest 99 R1's you'll ever see. I just did an oil change, new spark plugs, air filter, and coolant flush. It has a Yoshi carbon fiber exhaust, rear fender eliminater, flushmount turn signals, tinted windscreen, no cut frame sliders, and sprockets (down 1 in the front and up a bunch in the rear. I'm not sure how many, it came with the bike). This bike is very fast and very fun.

$5750 cash or trade your 240sx (any year) or 300zx (90-96) + cash for the bike.

You can PM, call or email me if you're interested.

ever wheelied? usually when a bike is geared like that, the owner did it to either stunt or wheelie easier.

but good luck, i cant even sell my mint 05 636 for 5500

the sproket isn't huge in the rear, and its not un-common to see similar setups for racing (road course)...but no need to plug your own bike in his thread.

its significantly bigger, ecspecially for a 1k bike... the bike will pull up with the slightest throttle with that size sproket on the back and a -1 in the front.

and im not even trying to get rid of my bike anymore, just saying if i cant get 5500 for a mint 05 theres no way hes gonna get 5700+ for a 99

well i'm just saying....read the rules before you post in the section :keke:

do not trash someone's item they are selling just cause you didn't like it and also do not go in and flame a person because they are asking too much. Use the Private Message to send them a constructive message.

copied directly from the sticky at the top of the page :loco: so maybe there is more to this bike than you see, you seemed to have missed the rules to the section....either way, no need to junk up the sellers thread with un-needed posts.

to OP good luck with the sale.

I've never wheelied it (not intentionally), though it does come up if you get on it hard. The guy I bought it from said he wanted faster accelaration. I think it's a little much for a street bike, but that's up to the new owner.

My friend just sold his R1 that was dropped on 1 side and had 20k miles on it for $5000 so I think $5750 is fair. My bike is near perfect. It shifts smoother and rides nicer than any other bike I've been on.

I'm selling it because I'd like to pay off my credit card and my friends all sold theirs and it's not as fun to ride alone.
