Answered 5/4/2008:

Q: Where to buy m10 x 1.25 x 42mm studs locally?
A: ACE Hardware, believe it or not! They actually have a decent lil selection of Metric stuffs, go checkem out if you're having trouble finding shit locally.

Old post:
Where do you guys get your studs that hold the turbo to the manifold, I believe they are m10 x 1.25 x 35mm (guessing length). My local bolt shop doesn't carry m10 x 1.25 studs, is there an interchange for another car available from Napa/Autozone/Checkers? I have the Nissan PN's at home but I'd rather buy these locally ASAP instead of waiting on shipping. Didn't see a thread on this subject, so lets talk.. These are for my RB but SR and CA should be identical. I've read some rumors that one end is 1.25 and the other is 1.5, I really don't care as I'll be using new nuts anyways, I know my HKS manifold has a 1.25 pitch.

Thank you guys for the replies!

I think I found a local industrial supply shop (in Vegas and CA too) that carries them:

PS where on FRSport are the studs... All I can find are the M8 turbine outlet studs, which I have plenty of anyways (a misorder from Nissan a while back LOL).

If you are talking about mounting studs JGS has them w/ hex heads like head studs: www.jgstools.com/turbo

Or if you are looking for studs to go to your dump tube, ATP turbo has them:

FYI, you can buy threaded rod stock and cut it to length since some turbo outlets are too tight to be able to fit the OE length stud, or in cases where you want to double nut it or safety wire the nuts. Then you can cut the rest up into pieces and sell them to other members who can't find them locally.

FYI, I'm 99% sure they're M8, and I'm 90% sure they're M8x1.5, but I could be wrong. I bought mine from Advance auto.

Your setup might use that size, but mine are for sure m10 1.25 42mm's.. Ace hardware ftw, never knew they had such a decent selection of metric stuffs.
