No, it can't be saved. I highly doibt the ricer will suddently be convinced his car looks like ass. When he sells it, he will want double the going rate and no one will buy it.
Maybe he will crash it and let in RIP (rust in peace) at a junker.

it could be saved.  i actually like that color for some odd reason.  but the fenders and kit and mach wing gotta get the toss.

The car does show some potential. Just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Trust me I've seen them worse. The 240 with the wooden 5 foot tall wing takes the cake. I wish I coulda taking a picture of it.

Ummm..  Nobody said "rice isn't filling."  How else would Japaneese people live without hunger?  Rice mixes with water in your stomach and swells.
Anyway...
I saw a s14 with 8 (yes, 8) foglights.
