well i am working on removing the door right now... It's still a bit crimped. it got dark and i decided to take her fro a drive. i drove her around with DMCs14 and she still pushed hard and handled like a charm(he couldn't keep up on the corners) then we showed up to DSC's hosue and i let him drive for a bit. the car drives fin and you cant tell its wrecked ecept fro the steering tilts slightly to the right, and the dorr is crimped in to the seat and theres no window. but i'm fixing her. i've found a door and all i need to do is pull off the existing door, pull out some dents and then take it to a body shop to weld on a new rocker panel... from there i'll finsh up minor work, and prime the car(prob black) i dont care really.. but i can wait.. i;'m still looking for a better deal on a door for an s13..

I dont really remember, but from what it sounds like, your baby got into an accident. You know, when you are repairing it slowly but surely, the LOVE for the car tends to grow as well!

Actually, if they are the same as the s14s then the unibody structure shouldn't pose a problem when it come to straightening the pillars. Simply get new quarter panelsfor the exterior portion. just a thought

I have a pretty big dent on my right frame rail, it tore into the metal a little, but its still welded up fine...do you think it poses a problem? The car still feels great to drive.

are 240s unibody?
i know that if the pillar behind the door (?) on the fd3s bends then the car is impossible to fix without a rear clip.

yes 240's are unibody.. but it can be bent back out , or i hope it can.. the only thing is i can get a new quarter panel welded on.. but it'll cost soo much.. i'm thinking of just getting it fixed cheap
