Finished one project and it's on to the next. Last year my buddy Matt and I decided an all-Nissan V-8 S13 would make for an interesting project. Now that it is done, the thrill of the build is over and it's time to move on to our next project ('85 Corolla coupe). We could take this project much farther, but I'm impatient and he's a fabricator. Here are the details:

'91 240SX hatchback w/ all-Nissan V-8 conversion
'91 Q45 V-8 VH45DE
'91 Q45 ecu and harness
New timing chain guides (updated metal version w/isolators)
New knock sensors (due to concerns with pre-'94 VH45DE)
Electric fan
Custom alternator and p/s brackets
Custom motor mounts
Custom shorty headers
Custom 2 into 1 3-1/2" exhaust
'93 Z32 NA 5-speed transmission w/custom adapter plate
'93 Z32 NA flywheel
'93 Z32 NA pressure plate
'93 Z32 NA starter
'93 Z32 NA shifter
'91 Silvia SR20DET clutch disc
New stainless steel clutch line
New Mazworx custom one-piece steel drivershaft
Welded diff
Updated brake booster
Q45 front big brakes w/ new ceramic pads
KYB GR2 struts w/custom coilover springs
Custom front pillow mounts (for full suspension travel)
Projector headlamps
JDM halogen fog lamps
JDM side skirts
Custom front lip
S14 seat belt conversion
Grant Classic steering wheel and hub adapter

As far as we know, this is the only VH45DE S13 hatch in the U.S.

Here is a pic after the engine was first installed a couple of months ago

The Enkei Racing RS will NOT come with the car, neither the rear side skirts.

The sideskirts are OEM JDM polyurethane versions. These are NOT some cheap fiberglass, nor FRP copies you see on eBay. The rear skirts are already committed on another project car.

The car has P/S, but the A/C was not installed mainly because there just wasn't enough room without MAJOR fabrication/modifications. It just wasn't worth all the extra time and effort just for some A/C.

Strange. The video is still there, but there appears to be something wrong with how it is linking from here.

PM me and I will send you the link until I can get it resolved.

Or...

You can go to YouTube and SEARCH "450SX Burnout"

EDIT: The video link should be resolved. If you are still having difficulties, see the suggestion above. Thanks.
