i need with putting my head together i really dont know how to do it. the short block is assemble already just need to finish the head and attach it to the short block to make a long block. if any one in socal 909 area and have experience and can help me out please pm. i will pay cash or trade for parts.

just follow the fsm... set piston one to tdc.. align the timing chain to the cams... install the tensioners... and torque the head bolts....

thats what i was thinking but now i have no choice to so i will do it thanks

make sure when u stick ur distributor that its right..... some people forget to make sure the alignment is to #1.. i had that problem last time i built a motor... and didnt make sure the timing chain was tight... it jumped a couple of tooths on the gears.... goodluck
