Dial on ECU????

I have just completed my sr swap and it seems to be running too rich. My ecu has a little dial on it but I have no clue what it is for, I searched and found nothing. I am hoping that this could be a mixture screw but prolly not. I dont want to go messing with it untill I know what it is. All the writing around it is in japanese. If anyone knows what this is please let me know thanks.... Oh yeah its a red top with what I assume is a stock ecu but maybe not

The dial is used to pull codes from your ECU. Turn it all the way to the right for like 3 seconds then turn it all the way to the left. It should start flashing the codes after that.
