I would seriously change out that gasket between the turbo manifold and the turbo to a metal or copper type. Believe me, you are saving yourself some headaches down the road! I had the same type on mine and it blew out while driving down the road and also had another buddy of mine have the same thing happen to him.

no headwork? maybe the next thing 2 do down the road. upgrade spring/retainers/rocker arm stoppers and CAMS!!!!... then itll be a high rev lover! good job so far. im jealous
