View Full Version : I think I am going to write a 240sx FAQ

It seems like every week someone is asking (me, this forum, other forums....) about buying a 240sx. I love to help, but I keep typing the same thing over and over....

I figure I could write a brief, but comprehensive FAQ. I figure it would be two parts. And introduction to the car and common questions, then a more detalied FAQ.

Does any one know if one exists? I bet someone here has written one. I don't know much about cars and I have had my 240sx for only 9 months, so I may not be the most qualified to do this, but arounf chirstmas break, I may write one up.

I figure its better than answering the same question over and over. And when newbies have to look at 5 different sites doing their own research, they give up and just ask. Maybe we could all submit some brief opinions?

Good idea, bad, has someone already made a better one?

The 240sx.org FAQ is nice, but it's a bit outdated, and it's really only for those that already own the car.

Whenever people see I own a 240SX, I get questions.  It's always the same thing, at least among people that know cars.  What's it like to drive?  How much does it cost to own?  etc.

A 240SX buyer's guide would be a handy thing for a lot of people.

Exactly.

I do know about www.240sc.org and www.socal240sx.com. I use both alot and recomend them.
But like my original post said, most people get tired of looking through all of those sites and just askon various forums.
We need something more compressed and all in one place.
