View Full Version : Where does this vacuum connection go?

Its a lot bigger than all the others, so I have no idea where it goes. Can't find it in the FSM either. Its a S14 SR20DET btw.

is that the one that leads to the intercooler piping? (not 100% on it, not so familiar with the s14 intake manifold.)

I do have a large nipple on the IC cold pipe, roughly the same size, which I thought was to recirculate the BOV.

no, thats for that line on the intake. bov if it is recirculated, is recirculated back into the intake tube for the turbo.

burns and thursday are correct. it is for your idle air control valve to be exact. it goes in the intercooler piping right before the throttle body. it bypasses the throttle body ie it gets air and regulates the air into the intake plenum via the idle air control valve.
