EVERYTHING has been out for a few days :D


Hey guys, as most of you know I have been selling shirts on Zilvia for a couple months now.

The last design that I have been selling is the umbrella girl, and sales are still rolling in but I have run into a problem. I have had 2 people comment on the shirts ink fading or cracking (to whom I replaced) and I am fearing that this may occur with all the shirts because of the base ink used and I just got back from talking to my shirt guys.

So EVERYBODY that has bought an Umbrella Girl shirt, weither it has cracked or faded or it still looks flawless, you are going to have a new and improved (quality) Umbrella Girl shirt shipped out to you this coming weekend at the latest. I truly apologize for the inconvenience, I really want these shirts to be top quality and I want you guys to get what you pay for, I dont see any other way of doing business. So they are working with the shirts as Im writing this and I am bringing them the sizes tonight so that they can order another batch of shirts and print them asap. I will cover shipping without question so please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, and again I apologize for the mishap.

Hey thanks guys, I appreciate it and I am glad its all getting handled now you guys can have 1 to sleep in and one to rock haha.

As for the s14 shirts, they have been put on hold for another week or so while I get all the replacements shipped out but, they are coming :D

Haha, thanks guys-

I spoke with my guys and they said that the flake in the gold reflects the heat when being put through the oven so it remains soft, and the heat doesnt get to the base AT ALL so everything is looking to be fixed on schedule if not before hand.

AND just to be clear, nobody needs to waste their money on shipping the shirts back to me unless you want me to hang them on my wall haha. Just keep them and buy a sticker with the money haha. I have no use for the old ones since my guys are good with customer service as well and are getting these done with just the 2 messed up ones that I recieved already.

Let me know if there are anymore questions, and I only need a size for Jason Delehay

hey mike...you MIGHT wanna consider doing a white undercoat beneath the gold...if the screenprinter is just loading TONS of gold on top of itself its not a good thing and may be causing ur problem...the fading issue happens when A) theyre not heating the ink long enough in the dryer...or B) theyre using cheap inks :(

also...u might want to let people know now to dry their shirts on super high heat in the dryer...if you do...no matter how quality the print is...it will cause the ink to crack (i dry mine for about 10-15 min and let them air dry in the laundry room..helps the longevity of the shirt)

can you shoot me over a pic of the cracking on your shirts...i might be able to help yah

Yea, thats what my guys were telling me- Its all solved now though, thats why I made the thread. There actaully is a white undercoat, as I stated before, but I am putting 1 through the washer 27 times as soon as I get them back to make sure they made the appropriate changes. But yea everything will be good to go by week's end, but thanks for the info, much appreciated brotha

Alright, I picked up the first 20 shirts today so I am going to package them all up tomorrow night and get the first 20 out on saturday morning.

Second batch of 20 will be picked up monday but I will have all the addresses on the packages and they will be going out first thing tuesday morning.

This is NOT in the order that the shirts were purchased, these are just the first 20 he pushed out and I see no XL's in this batch but ALL shirts will have been shipped by Tuesday morning.

Good news: I have been washing and drying my shirt for over 24 hours and its been looking PERFRECT- I think we did it this time haha.

Alright guys, so I decided that I need to restructure.

My shipping guy told me that something happened and he was not able to get the my first shipment out until yesterday, so they should be arriving within the week POSSIBLY early next week.

My shirt guys pretty much sat around on the majority of the shirts and I pretty much told them to fuck off because they have been late on every deadline that they have given me and that in return makes me look shady.

So I am on the lookout for a company to print the s14 shirts and all the others from this point foward as well as somwhere dependable for shipping.

I know kind of a joke but I have a nice little bad luck streak goin for me, we'll see what comes of this.

Shirts are still getting replaced as planned but after that it could be a little while before I'm back on here selling again... :(
