View Full Version : Just Garaged My Car

I just placed my baby to rest in the family garage, where she's not due out until mid-march or april.

I preped her by getting an oil change (oem filter /w Mobil 1 Tri-synthetic), gas-line anti-freeze, and over-inflated the tires. My plan is to not take the battery out, but instead run her at idle for 10 minutes every 3 days or so.

It's just so sad; once I parked her I just sat blindly for about half an hour. I really feel like crying right now and my girlfriend is working on a project tonight. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cry.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Why? Why must they salt the roads so much? Why can't I live in a tropical paradise? Why indeed.

*sigh* I guess it's the bus for the next 4 months.

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada. They salt the roads quite a bit. Plus my car is in very near mint condition, so I don't want to take any chances.

The only other car I can drive is my father's 99 Ford Taurus.. *sigh* That makes me want to cry more. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>

On top of that I can barely ever get the car either, considering he's always using it.

I miss driving to school and having grade 9's,10's, and 11's yell out "Nice fucking car!". Then me peeling out in front of them... *sigh* Oh well, until March-April I guess.
