i need to buy a tool to accurately measure a very exact width.
its that thing with the two arms, one slides, and it has a gauge on the stationary arm

do they sell those at home depot? haha

Vernier Caliper, i dont think home depot will have ne, i think they only sell husky product as lease where a live

yeah harbor freight has some good stuff but not sure on accuracy, i know those damn things need to be calibrated for us like once a year if i remember correctly, damn met cal program :rl:

I doubt you will need anything with that tight of a tolerance that the harbor freight will make a difference,Esp if its new. I needed one today also.

thank god we got like 3 of those at work...

im always using the damn thing on stuff im not supposed to be working on... like my own car. The benifits of being cool with the managers.

idk the prices on harbor freight shit, but thye got some pretty legit tools. one of the techs i work with gets alot of his shit from them. they hold up. A giant red snap on box full of everthing BUT snap on... lol.
